Last winter our snow shovel broke. We had great plans to buy a snow blower this year, our driveway is enormous, but Mr. checkbook is saying not gunna happen. With the first decent snow storm here, we find we have nothing to clear the driveway.

No worries, Weston thought of something that will do the job quite nicely:

He spent nearly an hour outside "shubbling" our driveway with his little paint roller.

Thanks Wes!

Who knew a paint roller would entertain a 3 year old for so long! I found some popsicle sticks at Roberts that have little knicks in them..the kids were entertained for hours building jewlery boxes and houses with them..Who knows what will be fun!

he's so funny! We bought a tiny, kid-size snow shovel at target a few years ago and it actually works REALLY well, especially to get that last, icy layer at the very bottom. My dad still uses it. Seriously. After he snowblows the driveway and sidewalks, he goes around with the tiny shovel.

one of the best parts about living in a condo is that somebody does snow removal for us.
