We bribe with tickets..each job is worth so many tickets depending on the difficulty of the job. When they earn 10- they get a dollar. But in the case of the middle child, when she earns 30 tickets she gets a date night..her choice..it works great to give the oldest some income, the middle some extra attention, and the youngest just likes to hoard tickets so she can be the 'winner" It has worked great!
